Main responsibilities include: Quoting products, preparing purchase orders, creating and uploading product codes, serial numbers, prices, sizes, quantities, and requesting approvals. Coordinating with suppliers on product packaging specifications and sending documents and defect lists for review. Continuously reviewing and evaluating footwear trends, and jointly identifying, with the Commercial Management team, products to be included in upcoming collections. Monitoring and anticipating strategies across each stage of the product lifecycle while managing inventory. Providing sales executives with the necessary tools for product promotion. Conducting market research and visiting customers. Designing and preparing product management reports and reports on commercialization strategies. Monitoring and analyzing retail channel product performance. What do we need from you? Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial roles — preferably within retail companies. Solid knowledge of product analysis, product development, sales, and logistics. Intermediate English proficiency. Advanced Excel skills. Intermediate Power BI skills. Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in the Ate Vitarte - Salamanca district.
