At **Scouter**, we are looking for a **Junior Engineer for Project Design and Execution** to join **Spena**, a leader in environmental solutions. You will work directly with the engineering team, providing support in designing Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) and actively participating in project execution and commissioning that positively impact the environment. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Design and Technical Support:** Assist in developing basic and detailed engineering, including P\&ID diagrams, general arrangements, and architectural drawings. * **Sizing:** Perform preliminary sizing of equipment and process units for domestic wastewater treatment systems (e.g., Activated Sludge, MBBR, etc.). * **Technical Documentation:** Prepare descriptive reports, operation manuals, commissioning protocols, and operational records. * **Field Work:** Participate in WWTP commissioning and collect technical information directly from clients. * **Project Management:** Request quotations from suppliers and coordinate technical information with the commercial department to ensure successful project closure. **What profile are we looking for?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or graduate in **Sanitary, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering**. * **Experience:** 1–2 years of general experience; 1 year in engineering or plant operations is preferred. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of sizing **Activated Sludge or MBBR** systems (essential). * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (basic level) and Microsoft Office (intermediate level). * Ability to prepare technical reports and select equipment such as pumps and blowers (preferred). * **Skills:** Quick thinking, strong organizational ability, and ease of technical communication. * **Bonus:** Certificates or programs in wastewater treatment. **What do we offer?** * Direct training opportunity under the supervision of Senior Engineers. * Employment contract under the general labor regime. * Exposure to high-level real-world engineering projects. * Excellent working environment at a company focused on environmental innovation. **If you’re ready to take the next step in your professional career and specialize in WWTP design, apply today!** Salary: S/.4,000\.00 \- S/.5,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * What is your salary expectation? * How many years of experience do you have in similar positions? * What is your proficiency level with Office and AutoCAD? * What is your WhatsApp number for contact?
