Job Summary: We are seeking a Bachelor's degree holder / recent graduate in Engineering to evaluate and monitor the Annual Mechanical Maintenance Plan and optimize equipment at the concentrator plant. Key Highlights: 1. Evaluate and monitor compliance with strategic maintenance objectives. 2. Optimize uptime of key equipment. 3. Lead and coordinate predictive maintenance programs. **Work Mode:** \[On-site San Isidro \- SJL ) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Employment Type: Payroll under General Regime** **General Responsibilities:** **What We Are Looking for in You:** * Bachelor's degree / recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering. * Basic knowledge of electromechanical equipment (compressors, dryers, pumps). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of AutoCAD (Desirable). * Intermediate-level English (Desirable). * Category A\-I driver's license (Not mandatory).**What You Will Do With Us:** * Evaluate and monitor compliance with strategic objectives of the Annual Mechanical Maintenance Plan by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring maximum equipment availability, reliability, and productivity at the concentrator plant. * Optimize uptime of key equipment by reducing frequency and duration of unplanned shutdowns through maintainability strategies. * Validate, update, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance plans, ensuring integration of updated technical procedures and operational standards. * Lead and coordinate predictive maintenance programs by condition monitoring to anticipate unexpected failures and enable timely intervention. * Implement and facilitate root cause analysis methodologies for unplanned failures or recurring events, defining and implementing redesigns or corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * Monitor the annual mechanical maintenance budget, providing technical validation for purchase requests, third-party services, and critical spare parts.
