At Intexcorp, a textile company, we are currently seeking a Junior Operations Assistant to support production tracking and operational coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES - Monitor daily orders and production progress. - Coordinate with external workshops and internal departments. - Record and update operational reports and order status. - Issue and manage waybills (GR). - Coordinate shipment and receipt of materials and finished goods. - Support warehouse control (receipts, dispatches, and stock). - Prepare materials for production and verify workshop returns. - Maintain operational documentation order and control. REQUIREMENTS - Technical or university graduate in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related fields. - Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, warehouse, or production. - Intermediate Excel proficiency. - Experience in textile, garment, or manufacturing companies is preferred. - Organized, proactive individual with strong sense of responsibility. COMPETENCIES Tracking and organizational skills. Attention to detail. Sense of urgency and solution-oriented mindset. Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across departments.
