Opportunity at a leading engineering and technology company At Cubo Makers, a leader in engineering and technology solutions, we are searching for top talent to join our commercial team in the position of Junior Sales Executive (Sales Development Representative - SDR). If you are a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and aspire to grow within the B2B sector, this opportunity is for you! MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Process 80 to 120 qualified leads per month. - Ensure initial contact via phone calls and/or emails. - Manage short sales cycles (15–45 days) and close direct sales under USD 10,000. - Prepare quick and standardized quotations. - Manage and follow up with recurring transactional clients. - Keep the sales pipeline 100% updated in Odoo CRM. - Generate conversion and activity performance reports or metrics. - Provide consistent feedback to the Marketing team regarding the quality of received leads. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. - 1–2 years of B2B sales experience (mining or industrial sector). - Fluent English, both spoken and written (Mandatory). - Proficiency in Odoo CRM (preferred) and intermediate MS Excel. - Persuasive communication skills. - Attention to detail. WORKING CONDITIONS - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:06 p.m. - Contract type: Commencement or Increase of Activities, under the Small Enterprise Labor Regime, as per law. - Payroll enrollment from day one.
