Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Lathe Assistant with excellent physical fitness to assist in machining parts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist with assembly, disassembly, and preparation of parts and tools. 2. Support verification of measurements and quality control of parts. 3. Maintain order and cleanliness of workshop equipment. **LATHE ASSISTANT** At Geo Perú, we are looking for a proactive Lathe Assistant with excellent physical fitness to assist in machining parts. **What will be your main challenge?** * Assist the lead lathe operator in assembling, disassembling, and preparing parts, materials, and tools on machines. * Support verification of measurements and quality control of parts under the supervision of the assigned technician. * Maintain order and cleanliness of workshop equipment. **What qualifications are we seeking in you?** * Graduate in Production Mechanics, Machinery and Tools, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience as a workshop assistant, maintenance operator, metalworker, or similar positions. * Basic knowledge of workshop tools and industrial safety principles. * Excellent attitude, proactivity, and strong sense of responsibility toward industrial safety.
