Your Key Responsibilities: - Receive partners at the end of their route, verify the number of returned packages, and confirm delivery of corresponding documents. - Validate reported reasons for non-delivery and physically inspect returned packages. - Review signed invoices or waybills supporting completed deliveries. - Confirm documentation is complete, legible, and properly signed by customers. - Report failures in taking photos or uploading files to Beetrack, as well as failure to wear the uniform. - Scan (barcode) returned or incident-affected packages, register the corresponding reason in the system (e.g., customer absent, rejection, incorrect address, etc.), and ensure closure of their handling in the system. Candidate Profile Education: Completed Secondary Education Skills: Fluent communication, customer orientation, proactivity, and organization.
