Description

Job Summary: Plan and execute procurement activities, evaluate suppliers, supervise warehouse operations, control inventory levels, ensure proper material coding, and propose improvements in logistics processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage procurement, suppliers, and purchase orders 2. Supervise warehouse operations and control stock levels 3. Propose improvements in logistics processes and cost savings **I. RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and execute procurement of materials, equipment, supplies, and services required by various departments of the company. * Evaluate suppliers, request quotations, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries. * Supervise receipt, storage, preservation, and dispatch of materials in the warehouse. * Monitor stock levels and physical and valued inventories, preventing stockouts or overstocking. * Ensure correct coding, organization, and labeling of stored materials. * Prepare consumption reports, stock turnover reports, and material valuation reports. * Comply with and enforce procurement, inventory control, and warehouse management procedures. * Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Projects teams to ensure timely delivery of required supplies. * Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and appropriate working conditions. * Manage documentation and traceability of critical products and materials. * Propose improvements in logistics processes, cost savings, and service response times. Salary: Starting from S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
