Position Summary:
We are seeking a Logistics and Operations Intern to support inventory management, receiving, preparation, packaging, and dispatch of industrial products, with ERP system usage and operational tasks.

An industrial-sector supplier is seeking a Logistics and Operations Intern, preferably a SENATI student from the 4th semester onward, to assist with inventory management, receiving, preparation, packaging, dispatch, and delivery of industrial products.
We seek a responsible, organized, ethical, punctual, and committed individual, willing to perform operational tasks, operate ERP systems, and support logistical processes.
Main Responsibilities:
• Enter logistical information into the company’s ERP (system).
• Assist in receiving products delivered by suppliers.
• Conduct product inventory, track incoming goods, outgoing goods, and stock levels.
• Verify quantities, product condition, supporting documents, and delivery compliance.
• Prepare, sort, and package products for dispatch.
• Assist in issuing and tracking waybills.
• Maintain up-to-date product information, movement records, and dispatch logs.
• Coordinate product pickups with suppliers.
• Coordinate dispatches and deliveries with transport companies.
• Track deliveries until customer acceptance is confirmed.
• Assist in transporting and delivering products when required.
• Maintain order in the warehouse area and for products in transit.
• Report incidents, shortages, damages, or delivery delays.
• Support operational tasks related to logistics, commercial operations, and procurement.
Requirements:
• SENATI technical student, preferably from the 4th semester onward.
• Preferred fields of study: Logistics Administration, Industrial Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Desirable experience or interest in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, dispatch, transportation, or the industrial sector.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• ERP system familiarity or interest, along with knowledge or interest in stock control and logistics documentation.
• Availability for on-site and fieldwork.
• Willingness to travel to suppliers, transport agencies, or delivery points as needed.
• Interest in industrial products, spare parts, tools, PPE, abrasives, and supplies for mining and industry is desirable.

Conditions:
• Industry: Industrial / Mining.
• Work modality: On-site.
• Work location: San Martín de Porres, Lima.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday.
• Internship under agreement, as applicable.
• Training will be provided in inventory management, ERP systems, waybill issuance, supplier coordination, industrial product dispatch, and handling of B2B requirements.
