Position Summary: Plan, execute, and supervise the procurement, storage, and control of materials, ensuring logistical efficiency and proposing continuous improvements. Key Highlights: 1. RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and execute procurement of materials, equipment, supplies, and services required by various departments of the company. * Evaluate suppliers, request quotations, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries. * Supervise material receipt, storage, preservation, and dispatch in the warehouse. * Monitor stock levels and physical and valued inventories, preventing stockouts or overstocking. * Ensure proper coding, organization, and labeling of stored materials. * Prepare consumption reports, stock turnover reports, and material valuation reports. * Comply with and enforce procurement, inventory control, and warehouse management procedures. * Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Projects departments to ensure timely delivery of required supplies. * Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and appropriate conditions. * Manage documentation and traceability of critical products and materials. * Propose improvements in logistics processes, cost savings, and response time.
