Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to join our team, providing support in supplier management, quotations, and tracking of materials and equipment for construction projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in supplier and material management and tracking. 2. Prepare quotations and support negotiations with suppliers. 3. Stock control, inventory management, and site warehouse visits. At **AyA Edificaciones**, we are looking for a **LOGISTICS ASSISTANT** to join our team at our central office, located at **PATIO PANORAMA** in **SURCO**. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, International Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. (Mandatory) * Specialized courses in Logistics. (Mandatory) * User-level proficiency in **S10**. (Desirable) * Experience in the construction sector. (Mandatory) * Availability to work on-site. Responsibilities: * Provide support in supplier management and tracking to ensure timely material supply. * Prepare quotations, develop comparative tables, and support negotiations with suppliers. * Track purchase orders, materials, equipment, and services for construction projects. * Support stock control, inventory management, and site warehouse visits. * Assist in equipment maintenance, petty cash management, and area performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS), Anti-Bribery System, and other company policies. * Support other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Location:** Surco, Lima **Working Hours:** Monday to Wednesday: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Thursday and Friday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,050.00 \- S/.2,100.00 per month Application Questions: * Do you have experience preparing quotations and developing comparative tables with suppliers? * Are you immediately available? * What is your expected monthly salary? * Are you a Bachelor's degree holder or graduate in Business Administration, International Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields? * Do you have experience in Logistics or Procurement? * Would you have any objection to commuting to our workplace at Patio Panorama (Surco)? * How many years of experience do you have in the construction sector?
