Is seeking a Warehouse Logistics Assistant Job Description: - Responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and distribution of products and spare parts. Requirements: - Technical degree in logistics or warehouse management. - Prior experience in logistics or warehouse management. - Organizational and time-management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse equipment. - Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Responsibilities: - Process purchase orders (POs), verify quotations with suppliers, carry out purchases, store items, and record them in the system. - Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure they match purchase orders and are in good condition. - Organize and store products efficiently to facilitate access and inventory turnover. - Conduct periodic inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records. - Prepare and package orders according to quality standards, verifying item accuracy and documentation prior to shipment. - Coordinate and supervise product dispatches to customers and construction sites. - Review and confirm that prepared orders match shipping documents, ensuring product and quantity accuracy before dispatch. - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area, complying with occupational health and safety regulations. - Manage documentation related to inventory and warehouse transactions, including reports and records of merchandise movement.
