Procurement coordination and purchasing management **LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR – TARAPOTO** **Location: Tarapoto** We are seeking a **meticulous, responsible, and committed** professional to manage the warehouse department of a renowned resort in Tarapoto. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and supervise warehouse department operations. * Monitor stock levels and track inventory. * Maintain and update stock cards (kardex). * Coordinate and manage purchasing and procurement requirements. * Supervise product and material receiving, storage, and dispatch. * Verify product inflow and outflow, ensuring accurate documentation. * Identify inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, and potential stockouts. * Maintain warehouse order and proper organization. * Prepare reports and indicators related to inventory and procurement. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely supply. * Ensure compliance with internal departmental procedures. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS** * Technical or university degree in **Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering**, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and/or warehousing. * Experience in inventory management, stock cards (kardex), and purchasing. * Advanced-level Excel proficiency. * ERP/WMS system experience is desirable. * Willingness to relocate and reside in Tarapoto. **BENEFITS** * Competitive salary aligned with market standards. * Relocation to Tarapoto covered by the company. * Accommodation provided (bed included). * Meals covered. * Work tools provided by the company. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Formal employment registration.
