Job Summary: Coordinate and perform machining of industrial parts, ensuring precision, quality, and adherence to tolerances on assigned machines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Machine industrial parts according to drawings and protocols 2. Define manufacturing processes and select appropriate tools 3. Ensure precision and quality in machining REQUIREMENTS: \* Technician in Toolmaking, Production Mechanics, Machine Tool Mechanics, or Maintenance Mechanics. (MANDATORY). \* Minimum 2 years of experience in Conventional and/or CNC Machining. \* Knowledge of interpreting mechanical documents and diagrams (MANDATORY). \* Must reside in Puente Piedra or surrounding areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: \* Coordinate with the machining supervisor regarding scheduled tasks for the work shift. \* Machine industrial parts according to technical drawings and established protocols, ensuring precision, quality, and adherence to tolerances. \-\* Correctly define and execute the machining program on the machine based on tasks assigned by the supervisor. \* Define required manufacturing processes and tool selection. \* Measure the first piece upon completion of its process to prevent defects in subsequent pieces. \* Operate assigned machines correctly. \* Immediately report any alarms and/or machine failures to the immediate supervisor.
