Position Summary: We are seeking a Plant Mechanic to execute and comply with the preventive and corrective maintenance program for equipment and machinery at Lurín. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs 2. Detect and diagnose mechanical failures in equipment 3. We are looking for a **Plant Mechanic – Lurín**. **Responsibilities:** * Execute and comply with the preventive and corrective maintenance program for equipment and machinery at the balanced feed plant. * Detect, diagnose, analyze, and report mechanical failures that may occur in equipment and machinery. * Perform failure analysis during equipment and/or machinery downtime. * Timely and actively participate in implementation projects at balanced feed plants. **Requirements:** * Graduate technician in Maintenance Mechanics, Metallurgical-Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in industrial plants. * Knowledge of welding, lubrication, pneumatics, and hydraulics (basic level). * Availability to work in Lurín (KM 40\) on rotating shifts (day and night). **We Offer:** * Full payroll registration from day one. * Paid overtime. * Productivity bonuses. * Commuting allowance. * 100% covered meals. * Statutory benefits.
