Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer or related professional with experience in the design and coordination of mechanical installations for healthcare sector projects, including HVAC, medical gases, and vertical transportation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in healthcare sector projects 2. Design of specialized HVAC systems and medical gas systems 3. BIM coordination for mechanical installations **A) Academic Qualifications:** * Licensed and registered professional in Civil Engineering or related field. **B) Experience:** * Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience since bachelor's degree, and at least 5 years of specific experience as a Mechanical Engineer on healthcare sector projects. * Preparation of calculation reports, detailed drawings, and technical specifications. * Performing BIM coordination to ensure mechanical installations do not interfere with structural or electrical systems. * Selection of critical equipment (chillers, air handling units \- AHUs, vacuum pumps). * Design of specialized HVAC systems: Design of air conditioning systems with HEPA filtration and pressure control (positive-pressure areas for operating rooms and negative-pressure areas for isolation). * Medical Gas Systems Design: Calculation and design of oxygen, vacuum, medical air, nitrous oxide, etc. distribution networks in compliance with NFPA 99 or equivalent local standards. * Vertical Transportation Design * Preparation of deliverables for final technical documentation of hospitals. **Participation: 100%** **SUBMIT DOCUMENTED CV** Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.10\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
