Job Summary: We are seeking Mechanical Technicians with experience in maintenance of mining and construction equipment, committed to safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance on mining trucks and auxiliary fleet 2. Diagnosis and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures 3. Use of Caterpillar diagnostic tools (CAT ET / CAT IT) We are currently recruiting Mechanical Technicians with experience in maintenance of mining and construction equipment to join projects in the mining, construction, and civil works sectors. We seek professionals committed to safety, quality, and teamwork, capable of operating effectively in demanding environments and focused on achieving objectives. Main Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mining trucks and auxiliary fleet. Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic failures. Inspect, identify, record, and monitor equipment conditions and failures. Manage spare parts requests and quotations via SIScat and CPP Caterpillar. Use Caterpillar diagnostic tools (CAT ET / CAT IT). Interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics to perform maintenance tasks. Monitor and track components using Caterpillar PCC and SOS systems. Comply with company-established safety, environmental, and quality procedures. Equipment to be serviced: Mining trucks. Excavators. Crawler tractors and wheeled tractors. Motor graders. Auxiliary fleet equipment for mining and construction. Requirements: Diploma in Heavy Machinery Mechanics, Automotive Mechanics, or related fields. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance (mandatory). Proven experience in maintenance of mining trucks and auxiliary fleet equipment. Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems of heavy machinery. Proficiency in Caterpillar diagnostic tools (CAT ET / CAT IT). Driver’s license Class A-II B or higher.
