Job Summary: GREMAHAL SOCIEDAD MINERA S.A.C. is seeking a Junior Metallurgist to perform process control in flotation at a polymetallic plant, supporting the Shift Supervisor and monitoring operational variables. Monitoring of operational and metallurgical variables **GREMAHAL SOCIEDAD MINERA S.A.C.** A mining–metallurgical company currently seeking a professional to join operations at its **polymetallic plant located in Copiapó – Chile**. **Position Required** **Junior Metallurgist – Process Control (Flotation)** **Work Location** Copiapó, Chile – "Planta XXI" Polymetallic Plant **Work Schedule** 30 x 15 **Compensation** Estimated salary between **S/ 3,500 and S/ 4,000** (based on experience and evaluation) **Responsibilities** * Provide direct support to the **Shift Supervisor** in supervising plant operations. * Perform **process control in the flotation area** for polymetallic ores. * Monitor operational and metallurgical process variables (grades, recovery, reagents, etc.). * Serve as the **primary plant operator** during the assigned shift. * Prepare operational and metallurgical shift reports. * Coordinate with operators and maintenance personnel to ensure operational continuity. **Requirements** * University graduate in **Metallurgical Engineering**. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in flotation of polymetallic ores (copper, gold, molybdenum, or others). * Solid knowledge of flotation process control. * Ability to work under the 30 x 15 shift system. * Proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work in Chile. **Benefits** * Round-trip transportation covered by the company. * Accommodation and meals provided during the work period. * Immediate hiring with formal employment registration in Chile and Chilean work permit. * Job stability and opportunities for professional growth. * Assignment to mining operations abroad.
