Education and Knowledge Technical or university graduate in Food Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Biology, or related fields. Desirable knowledge of laboratory equipment operation and analytical methods. Minimum 6 months of prior experience in quality assurance. Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Functions and Responsibilities You will support the preparation of materials, diluents, and culture media for microbiological and physicochemical analyses. You will support sampling and physicochemical analysis of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials. You will support sampling and physicochemical analysis of raw milk and finished products. You will support sampling of live surfaces, inert surfaces, and environmental monitoring in processing plants. You will support dimensional controls on samples of packaging and packing materials. You will support verification of laboratory analytical equipment. You will be aware of occupational safety and health hazards and risks associated with your position. You will report work-related incidents and accidents. You will report unsafe acts and conditions to your immediate supervisor or the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) department.
