Job Summary: Monitor and control the operations of an app-based taxi service, providing support and ensuring task completion for excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Dynamic and competitive work environment with a clear career path. **YEGO** is seeking top talent to fill the Operations Monitor position for its app-based taxi service—individuals with a positive attitude and enthusiasm, dedicated to delivering the best possible service to our customers in Metropolitan Lima. **What qualifications do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in the final cycles of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Mechanical Technician programs—or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in taxi or employee transportation services. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Strong communication skills at all levels. * Age: 25–35 years old. * Valid Class A1 (or higher) driver’s license. * Full availability. * Experience using GPS platforms and their functionalities. **What would be my responsibilities?** * Monitoring and control throughout the work shift. * Reviewing, managing, and supervising the vehicle checklist during respective shift changes. * Managing and tracking ongoing operational activities during one’s assigned shift. * Providing support to the operational staff on duty. * Reviewing and executing interdepartmental requests—securing required resources and optimally assigning tasks to operators. * Managing a video update on the current status of each vehicle before shift change.
