IPH TRANSPORTES seeks to hire an experienced **Transportation Monitor** to supervise and control transportation operations, ensuring compliance with routes, schedules, and documentation—contributing to overall service efficiency. **Requirements:** * Technical or bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar roles (transportation, operations, or logistics). * Familiarity with logistics platforms (SINTAD, DPW, APM). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor vehicles in real time via GPS (owned and third-party). * Supervise adherence to scheduled routes, timelines, and deliveries. * Identify and manage alerts (route deviations, unauthorized stops, speeding). * Maintain constant communication with drivers during incidents. * Generate transport waybills and port appointments on relevant platforms. * Prepare operational and performance reports. * Control and verify transportation documentation, driver records, and supplier documents. * Coordinate fuel supply for vehicles. * Track and trace services. * Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department. **COMPETENCIES** * Analytical ability and tracking skills. * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and problem-solving. * Ability to work under pressure. **BENEFITS:** * Career development path * Formal payroll from the first day of employment.
