Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Provide support for the entire PC and peripheral fleet * Resolve hardware and software incidents on-site * Support incidents related to base software * Prepare, install, configure, and replace computing equipment * Customize equipment and restore information * Prepare equipment for delivery to vendors and end users * Maintain up-to-date hardware inventory * Manually record and track equipment movements \- shipping documents **Requirements and Qualifications** * Professional with technical studies in systems, computer science, industrial engineering, logistics, or related fields * Knowledge of ITIL Foundation (desirable but not mandatory) * Experience in operational asset, inventory, or warehouse management * 1 year or more of professional experience * Technical knowledge of hardware (desirable) * Familiarity with ticket management tools (desirable) Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
