Position Summary: Analyzes and supports reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics to identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes, and support evidence-based decision-making. Collaboration with various departments to improve performance At QROMA, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of: Pre-Professional Operational Excellence Intern What is the main objective? To analyze and support KPI reporting, assist in implementing the Qroma Excellence System (QES) and production metrics across the organization's plants, with the aim of identifying improvement opportunities, optimizing processes, and supporting evidence-based decision-making. Main Responsibilities: Collects, cleans, and structures operational data from plant systems to ensure data quality for analysis. Supports Operational Excellence program implementations: QES rollout, 5S, Painting Ideas, Standard Work Routines, Gemba walks. Designs and maintains interactive dashboards in Power BI, integrating relevant data to provide clear and timely visibility to supervisors and operational leaders. Generates analytical reports and data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making focused on performance improvement. Collaborates with Operations, Quality, SSOMA, and Maintenance departments, and is part of the Operational Excellence team to validate findings, propose corrective actions, and track results. Requirements: Students from the 8th semester onward in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Desirable: 6 months of experience in production, quality, or related areas. Familiarity with at least one production line/area. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory. Intermediate proficiency in Power BI is mandatory. Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP is desirable. Availability to travel to our Ñaña plant for specific cases.
