We seek responsible, proactive, and results-oriented professionals capable of providing support in operational management, service supervision, and compliance with environmental and safety standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, environmental services supervision, or field management. Residence near Ventanilla. Knowledge of environmental regulations and safety management. Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to plan, organize, and monitor activities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Availability for on-site work and operational site visits. Main Responsibilities: Support coordination and supervision of the company’s daily operations. Monitor compliance with operational, environmental, and safety procedures. Prepare technical reports, field reports, and management indicators. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and operational staff to ensure proper service execution. Verify compliance with environmental, occupational health, and safety regulations. Provide support during inspections, monitoring, and other environmental management activities. Assist in implementing operational improvements and process controls. Maintain up-to-date technical and administrative documentation for the department.
