Job Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to control, plan, organize, and direct all warehouse operations and processes, ensuring an excellent level of customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate all warehouse operations. 2. Establish policies and strategies for the operations department. 3. Supervise compliance with distribution and storage processes. We are currently seeking **01 OPERATIONS MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions. \- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel. \- Availability to work Monday through Saturday in Los Olivos **JOB OBJECTIVE:** To control, plan, organize, and direct all operations and processes conducted within the warehouse to ensure an appropriate level of customer service. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Establish departmental operations policies that guarantee coordinated and proper fulfillment of functions. \- Develop strategies for the area and monitor their implementation. \- Daily planning of all personnel activities under supervision, ensuring resource availability for operational execution. \- Daily planning of warehouse operations activities to ensure adherence to customer service policies and delivery of satisfactory service levels. \- Guarantee and supervise merchandise delivery to customers according to service commitments, correct quantities, and designated locations; including local deliveries to branches in Lima and Callao. \- Ensure compliance with scheduled product receipt appointments with suppliers. \- Ensure and validate that all operations process documentation is processed, controlled, validated, and safeguarded per internal warehouse policies. \- Report management indicators. \- Supervise and ensure adequate inventory replenishment for warehouses in Lima and Callao. \- Supervise, control, and evaluate the performance of personnel under supervision. \- Supervise and control physical receipt of merchandise into Lima, Callao, and other branch warehouses, as well as its system registration. \- (Good Storage Practices) and BPDT (Good Distribution and Transportation Practices). **BENEFITS** \- Market-competitive salary. \- Formal payroll enrollment from the first day of employment. \- Statutory benefits.
