**JOB SUMMARY:** Ensure the execution of the daily dispatch schedule to industrial customers and service stations by managing drivers, resources, and operational priorities, guaranteeing continuity, safety, and regulatory compliance. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree and/or high school diploma in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or transportation within transport or hydrocarbon industries. * Minimum 1 year of experience supervising operational staff (drivers and operational positions). * Basic knowledge of OSINERGMIN, MTC, and SUTRAN regulations. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience using ERP systems and/or vehicle tracking platforms. * Route planning and operational performance indicators. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise adherence to the dispatch schedule. * Reprogram services in response to contingencies, urgent priorities, or incorrect assignments. * Coordinate with Maintenance, Legal, Commercial, SSOMA, and Human Resources departments to ensure proper assignment of drivers and vehicles. * Ensure real-time monitoring of fleet units and manage operational incidents. * Validate operational documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance (SCOP, OSINERGMIN, MTC, SUTRAN). * Develop and report KPIs: on-time performance, incidents, fuel consumption, expenses, and operational costs. * Conduct unannounced follow-up and supervision visits to the operational team. **WE OFFER:** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Direct enrollment in the General Payroll Regime. * Statutory benefits. * Timely payments. * Pleasant work environment.
