If you are passionate about optimizing industrial processes, leading technical teams, and ensuring operational continuity of critical facilities, we invite you to join a world-class operation that connects agriculture with global markets. **What will be your mission?** ------------------------- Lead the comprehensive management of plant maintenance and engineering, ensuring equipment, facility, and infrastructure availability, reliability, and efficiency while promoting safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. **Your key challenges will be:** ----------------------------------- Design and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies. Ensure availability of critical equipment and continuity of operations. Lead engineering, automation, process improvement, and infrastructure projects. Manage maintenance and investment budgets (CAPEX and OPEX). Analyze failures and develop solutions focused on operational reliability. Lead and develop multidisciplinary technical teams. Manage contractors, suppliers, and specialized service providers. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, projects, or industrial plant management. Experience leading technical maintenance teams. Experience in agro-industrial, manufacturing, industrial, or related sectors. Knowledge of KPI management, cost control, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.
