Job Summary: The People Advisor will serve as the primary contact point for on-site collaborators, ensuring the execution of HR processes and promoting a positive culture. Key Highlights: 1. As a **People Advisor**, you will be the primary contact point for our on-site collaborators, ensuring robust execution of HR processes and promoting a positive, approachable, and team-oriented culture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, resolving real-time challenges, and delivering direct value to leaders and operational teams. **What will you do?** --------------- ### **Operations \& HR Support** * Serve as the first point of contact for collaborator and leader inquiries * Provide on-site support for HR systems (Workday, T\&A, etc.) Coordinate key processes such as onboarding and conversions (temp* perm) * Support interview processes with operational leaders * Execute HR transactions while ensuring data quality * Promote self-service usage across HR tools * Generate and track site-level HR KPIs * Collaborate with People Partners to resolve complex cases ### **Communication \& Engagement** * Implement on-site engagement plans * Ensure effective communication reaches all shifts (briefings, boards, etc.) ### **Employee Relations** * Support leaders in disciplinary, absence, and grievance cases * Track cases to ensure compliance and timeliness * Ensure adherence to local labor regulations **What we are looking for in you** ------------------------- * Experience in Human Resources, preferably in operational or logistics environments * Knowledge of local labor legislation * Strong collaborator- and employee-experience focus * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Organizational, prioritization, and execution capabilities * Solution-oriented mindset with continuous improvement orientation * Adaptability to dynamic and changing environments * Intermediate English (desirable) * Workday experience (preferred) **Why join us?** -------------------- * You will play a key role in our collaborators' daily experience * You will directly impact site efficiency and culture * You will work closely with operational leaders and regional teams * You will be part of a dynamic, growing, and transforming organization.
