Use of AI tools for analysis and tasks We seek an Analyst to optimize our operational processes by managing work orders, tracking performance indicators (KPIs), and automating tasks using technological and Artificial Intelligence tools. **Your Responsibilities:** * Register and comprehensively track work orders. * Coordinate the operational flow among Production, Laboratory, and Dispatch departments. * Prepare reports and Power BI dashboards, and consolidate management indicators. * Use AI tools (ChatGPT/Copilot) to automate analysis and tasks. * Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements. **Requirements:** * Licensed Accountant (mandatory) * **Intermediate/Advanced Excel** (Pivot Tables, formulas). * Proficiency in **Power BI** and **AI** tools. * Analytical ability, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset. * Preferred experience: 0–2 years in logistics, production, or data analysis. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to learn through real operational processes. * Technology- and automation-focused work environment.
