**INDACE GROUP**, a metal-mechanical company specializing in Spools \& Piping manufacturing, requires a **Planning and Control Engineer.**
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (preferably).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and control within the metal-mechanical sector.
* Proficiency in planning tools (MS Project, intermediate Excel, or similar).
* Knowledge of blueprint reading and metal-mechanical manufacturing processes.
* Desired knowledge of cost analysis and budgeting.
* Analytical ability, organizational skills, and teamwork.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Develop and update project/workshop schedules (fabrication and shop).
* Monitor physical progress and project costs.
* Control and manage allocated time and resources.
* Coordinate with production, engineering, and logistics departments.
* Identify deviations and propose corrective actions jointly with other departments.
* Prepare progress and control reports for management.
* Support workload planning and process optimization.
