Technical or university graduate in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. Minimum 6 months of experience in procurement is desirable. Essential knowledge of invoicing and document registration. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Key Responsibilities and Challenges: Support invoice verification and submission to the Accounting department. Provide assistance in generating purchase and service orders (PO/SO). Collaborate in developing departmental performance indicators. Update internal procedures, technical specifications, and templates. Follow up on meeting minutes and generate HES documents.
