Position Summary: Process/Projects Engineering Coordinator for a processing plant, responsible for developing plans, protocols, technical designs, and schedules, as well as providing support and follow-up for continuous improvement projects. Key Highlights: 1. Lead continuous improvement and process optimization in the plant 2. Design engineering solutions for equipment and infrastructure 3. Participate in high-impact projects for the company **Responsibilities:** Develop internal project plans and protocols. Plan activities for continuous improvement at the processing plant. Develop technical designs for equipment, conveyors, infrastructure modifications, fluid transport systems, and other requirements for various processing plant operations. Develop implementation schedules and minor engineering development timelines at the processing plant. Provide engineering technical support for internal projects across departments and central internal projects of the processing plant. Develop WBS (Work Breakdown Structures) and technical specifications for major projects and internal projects. Serve as the liaison between the processing plant and Redondos’ Projects Department to communicate project scopes and specifications. Provide technical specifications for assigned tasks or activities to the Logistics Department, as designated by the Processing Plant Deputy General Management. Participate in continuous improvement committees and monitor execution of activities, plans, and projects at the processing plant. Prepare budgets, justifications, and financial evaluations for projects assigned by the Processing Plant Deputy General Management. Monitor activities, outsourced services, and deliverables related to the execution of major projects and internal projects within the scope of responsibilities. Execute assigned plans or tasks for process optimization and improvement. Conduct analytics-related activities pertaining to own processes. We are seeking (01\) Process/Projects Engineering Coordinator for our Processing Plant located in Huacho \- Norte Chico. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or professional title in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. Two years of experience performing similar functions. Proficiency in SolidWorks or AutoCAD (mandatory). Knowledge of project engineering, calculations, plan design, etc. (mandatory). Advanced proficiency in Excel.
