Mission Process daily information and/or tasks related to the client’s equipment fleets into SAP and AMT Asset Management Systems, to obtain high-quality, timely, and reliable information for decision-making. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standards during operations. Immediately report safety accidents and incidents to your direct supervisor or the site SSMA responsible person. Record hour meters or odometers in SAP. Review daily documentation and information on equipment event reports or observations, and coordinate with the Planning Assistant for subsequent Notice management in SAP. Attach and/or archive all Asset Management-related information physically and digitally in SAP. Ensure the AMT system displays accurate status information for scheduled and unscheduled (corrective) Work Orders (WOs), enabling their inclusion in the maintenance plan. Review the status of purchase orders for each task. Record hour meters or odometers in AMT. Process maintenance events (corrective actions, inspections, etc.) for the client’s equipment fleet in AMT. Process Backlogs in AMT. Print, consolidate, and deliver to the Maintenance Department the necessary documentation for each equipment Preventive Maintenance, considering the following: Work Gantt charts; Machine evaluation sheets (e.g., engine test, brake test, etc.); Approved backlog sheets (with signatures); Monitoring sheets (SOS and additional); Safety documents (PETS, IPERC, etc.). If a scheduled component replacement is required, attach the corresponding replacement form, which will be used for sending the component for repair. Comply with and ensure compliance with applicable legal and other voluntary SSMA requirements relevant to the nature of operations, as well as Ferreyros’ standards, procedures, and instructions, to maintain and improve SSMA management within respective departments/areas of interest. Thus, comply with laws and company policies and standards. Assume other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor to maintain efficiency within the department and/or management. Requirements Graduate in Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. English language proficiency. Resident of Lima, Cusco, or Apurímac. Availability to work under mining regime.
