Your main responsibilities will be: Collect data on current processes through observation, interviews, and documentary analysis. Support in identifying critical points, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Develop and update flowcharts, procedures, instructions, and related forms. Collaborate with the team in developing proposals for process optimization and standardization. Provide operational support in executing action plans or improvement pilots. Prepare reports, presentations, and dissemination materials on progress and achievements of improvement initiatives. What we are looking for in you?: Education: Graduate in Industrial Engineering. Experience: No prior experience required. Knowledge: (Bizagi and intermediate-level proficiency in Word and Excel.) Availability to travel between the Lurin and Callao offices.
