Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant to support cutting, grinding, welding, and material preparation tasks in a metal-mechanical company. Key Highlights: 1. We are a metal-mechanical company dedicated to the manufacturing and repair of hydraulic cylinders. We are currently looking for a Production Assistant to join our team. **REQUIREMENTS**: \- Minimum education: Completed secondary school and/or technical degree. \- Basic or intermediate experience in metal-mechanical workshops. \- Proficiency in using tools and equipment. \- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively. \- Responsibility and punctuality. \- Unique Labor Certificate (Certificado Único Laboral). \- Availability for full-time, on-site work in Comas (Caña Brava stop on Trapiche Avenue) **RESPONSIBILITIES**: \- Assist in cutting, grinding, and welding tasks. \- Prepare materials and tools for the production process. \- Verify basic measurements and assist in quality control. \- Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. \- Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and work tools. \- Compliance with occupational safety and health regulations and procedures established by the organization. **BENEFITS**: \- Payroll registration from the first day. \- Statutory benefits. \- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities based on performance. \- Minimum salary: S/ 1,130 (negotiable depending on skills and experience) Salary: Starting from S/.1,130\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
