Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Assistant to support the manufacturing of fasteners and fastening components, performing tasks such as preparation, packaging, and operator assistance. Key Points: 1. Support in metal-mechanical production and reading of work orders 2. Order preparation and assistance to machine operators 3. General plant support as directed by the supervisor At FEJUCY SAC, a company dedicated to the manufacturing of fasteners and fastening components, we are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team. **Requirements**: * Completed secondary education * Minimum 3 months of experience in the metal-mechanical industry is desirable. **Responsibilities**: * Receive work orders. * Read work orders. * Prepare orders (packaging, weighing, counting). * Assist press operators (material handling), forging operators (preparing material and removing material from furnaces), CNC, rolling, as required. * Support any plant activity as directed by the plant supervisor. **Benefits**: * Full payroll registration with statutory benefits (CST, bonuses, family allowance, profit sharing, vacation, etc.). * Paid overtime. * Bi-weekly and timely payments. * 50% food subsidy coverage. * Essalud insurance, SCTR insurance, and mandatory life insurance. * Base salary. **Location:** Av Industrial 3422 \- Independencia **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:15 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:45 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
