Production Operator - ATE

Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Operator for food packaging, with experience in the dairy industry, to ensure quality and efficiency on production lines. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in food packaging, preferably dairy products 2. Desirable knowledge of GMP and HACCP 3. Responsible for quality and safety in packaging processes Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a process operator in food packaging (preferred). Desirable experience in the dairy sector (yogurt, cheeses, etc.) * Desirable experience in implementing process improvements, reducing downtime due to unplanned stops, line efficiency, continuous improvement, etc. * Desirable knowledge: GMP, HACCP. * Availability: Willingness to work on-site in rotating shifts (3 rotating shifts: Morning, Afternoon, and Night). Responsibilities: * Perform packaging of dairy products from production lines in various formats. * Complete shift packaging reports, detailing unplanned stoppages, line efficiency, and quantities produced per batch. * Ensure compliance with process quality standards according to operational procedures. * Serve as a safety ambassador on packaging lines, promoting proper use of PPE and reporting unsafe acts/conditions.
