Job Summary: Production Operator responsible for weighing, packing, labeling, organizing, cleaning, and storing products in cold environments, working collaboratively with a strong desire for personal and professional growth. PRODUCTION OPERATOR Requirements: Experience not required Eligible to work overtime Skills: teamwork, empathy, responsibility, punctuality, honesty, and strong motivation to work. Education: Completed Secondary Education Preferably residing in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho. Responsibilities: Weighing, packing, labeling, organizing, cleaning, and storing products in refrigerated chambers, plus other duties assigned by the company upon hiring. We Offer: Direct payroll enrollment from the first day of employment. Work Schedule: Rotating shifts Monday through Saturday, with monthly rotation: 1. First shift: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. 2. Second shift: 8:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. Shift rotation and overtime work are mandatory according to production needs.
