Job Summary: Ajinomoto del Perú S.A. is seeking talented young individuals for its Youth Vocational Training Program, with no prior work experience, to perform product handling, packaging, and preparation tasks. REQUIREMENTS: No prior work experience. Certificate of completed secondary education. Availability to work rotating 8-hour shifts (48 hours per week). Commitment and availability to complete the one-year Training Program. · RESPONSIBILITIES: Product handling and selection. Product packaging and feeding. Product preparation, box assembly, and stacking. Weekly training sessions. · BENEFITS: Training Agreement modality. Monthly stipend. 100% covered meals. Mid-term stipend every six months.
