Excellent opportunity to develop professional experience and learning At **Michelle Belau**, a Peruvian company in the textile and women's fashion sector, we are looking for a **Professional Intern in Industrial Engineering** who wishes to develop their knowledge in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement and process optimization. **Requirements:** * Graduate or final-cycle student of Industrial Engineering. * Completion and passing of the courses **Logistics and Inventory Control** and **Process Improvement**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation. * Availability to work on-site in San Luis, Lima. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the analysis and improvement of operational and administrative processes. * Participate in inventory control and monitoring. * Assist in developing KPIs, reports, and information analysis. * Collaborate on continuous improvement and process optimization projects. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **We Offer:** * Enrollment in the **full payroll system from the first day of employment**. * All statutory benefits. * Working hours: **Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus two Saturdays per month**. * Excellent opportunity to develop professional experience and continuous learning. * Pleasant working environment and growth opportunities.
