We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of: **Recognized among the TOP 20 best companies for interns.** ***PROFESSIONAL INTERNSHIP IN PRODUCTION \- COSMETICS DEPARTMENT*** *(Talcum Powders, Perfumes, Creams, and Detergents)* **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, LX, or similar systems. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Prior experience in production plants is desirable. * Availability to work ON-SITE from Monday to Saturday in the district of LOS OLIVOS (Av. San Genaro 150\). **Responsibilities:** * Support process supervision in the plant. * Schedule warehouse and production activities. * Monitor internal performance indicators. * Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage and assign tasks within the plant. * Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or immediate manager. **Benefits** * Financial stipend of S/1\.400\. * 100% meal coverage at the plant. * FOLA health insurance through our network of private clinics. * Strong openness to career path development. * Ongoing training provided by the department.
