The company **ROMO PROYECTOS** is opening applications for the position of **"Project Coordinator"**, responsible for managing and supervising the execution of various construction works and projects: **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the execution of **civil works and general services projects** for commercial and residential buildings (electrical installations, data infrastructure, electronic security) * Plan work schedules and monitor project progress. * Coordinate with **suppliers, technical staff, and clients** to ensure proper project execution. * Monitor timelines, resources, and achievement of project objectives. * Prepare **progress reports, incident reports, and outcome reports**. * Support logistical and operational organization of projects. * Conduct site surveys and client visits. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Architecture, Engineering, or related fields**. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in project coordination, supervision, or management. * Availability to **travel within Lima**. * Strong organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills. * Experience managing work crews and contractors. * Knowledge of documentation procedures for ITSE or operating licenses. * Basic proficiency in project management or tracking tools (preferred). **We Offer:** \- Salary of S/. 1500 \+ (transportation allowance) \- Opportunities for professional growth. \- A dynamic and collaborative work environment. **Are you interested?** Send your updated CV to schedule an interview. **We look forward to welcoming you to our team!** Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
