A company with over 30 years in the market is currently seeking a Purchasing Analyst for its chain of markets; we invite you to participate in our selection process. **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and execute market purchases to ensure proper supply. * Issue, process, and register Purchase Orders in the Inventory System, coordinating with suppliers. * Conduct continuous follow-up on generated orders to guarantee timely supply of goods. * Monitor prices agreed upon with suppliers and promptly report any changes or modifications. * Request quotations from suppliers, analyze them, prepare comparative tables, and generate and send purchase and/or service orders. * Identify new suppliers offering better terms to contribute to the organization in quality, quantity, and price. * Manage supplier payments. * Conduct inventory counts across the chain of markets once per week (transportation covered by the company). * Forecast purchase requirements based on sales projections. * Reconcile payments. **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative and/or procurement roles. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
