PROCUREMENT ANALYST (TEMPORARY COVERAGE FOR LEAVE)

Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic procurement specialist to manage the end-to-end sourcing cycle—from purchase requisition administration through supplier negotiation to implementation of continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities: **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Administer Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in Oracle Cloud Procurement. * Manage strategic sourcing processes and solicitations (RFI, RFQ, RFP/RFX). * Coordinate scoping meetings with internal customers to define requirement scope. * Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic suppliers. * Prepare commercial analyses and comparative scorecards to support decision-making. * Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, delivery timelines, service levels, and contractual terms. * Manage procurement of technology, software, hardware, licensing, cloud services, telecommunications, consulting, and specialized services. * Track procurement processes through to Purchase Order issuance. * Maintain consistent communication with internal users, project leaders, and suppliers. * Identify cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives within procurement processes. * Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls. **Profile** ---------- ### **Education** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business, International Trade, Information Technology, or related field. ### **Experience** * Minimum 2 years in strategic procurement or sourcing. * Experience administering solicitation processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP/RFX). * Experience negotiating with national and international suppliers. * Experience procuring technology and specialized services. * Experience preparing commercial analyses and award recommendations. ### **Knowledge** * **Mandatory:** Oracle Cloud Procurement. * Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order administration. * Strategic Sourcing. * Supplier evaluation and development. * Strategic negotiation. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, data analysis). * Microsoft Office 365\. ### **Competencies** * Negotiation. * Effective communication. * Internal customer orientation. * Planning and organization. * Analytical ability. * Strong sense of urgency. * Results orientation. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Adaptability.
