Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Assistant for a textile company in Ate, responsible for receiving and verifying products, managing suppliers, and negotiating prices. Key Highlights: 1. Our client, a textile company located in Ate, is currently seeking a **PURCHASING ASSISTANT**. **Responsibilities**: * Physically receive products, verifying quantities, packaging condition, and technical specifications against the delivery note or invoice. * Identify defective products at the time of purchase or receipt and manage on-site replacements or credit notes. * Conduct physical visits to new suppliers to validate their actual stock and verify product quality. * Actively collaborate in loading and unloading critical supplies to ensure immediate availability in the warehouse or requesting department. * Visit supplier locations to locate required materials, verify actual stock levels, assess product quality, and negotiate the best prices directly. * Organize and submit daily payment vouchers (receipts/invoices) and reports on mobility expenses or petty cash. **Requirements**: * Technical or university education (completed or incomplete). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. * Minimum 6 months of experience in related functions. * Availability to work onsite, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm in Ate. **Offer**: * Formal employment under MYPE payroll. * Mobility allowance for field visits.
