Job Summary: We are seeking a QHSE / SOMMA Supervisor to ensure compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Management System and applicable legal regulations in the hydrocarbons sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implement and supervise the QHSE / SOMMA Management System. 2. Ensure compliance with legal regulations on safety, health, and environment. 3. Coordinate procedure implementation and staff training. **Job Description:** A company in the hydrocarbons sector is seeking a **QHSE / SOMMA Supervisor**, responsible for ensuring compliance with the **Occupational Safety and Health Management System**, as well as current legal regulations. This position requires continuous coordination with all operational and administrative departments. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement, supervise, and maintain compliance with the **QHSE / SOMMA Management System**. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to safety, occupational health, and environment. * Conduct inspections, internal audits, and risk assessments. * Coordinate with all departments to ensure correct application of procedures, PETS, and operational controls. * Prepare reports, incident reports, performance indicators, and system documentation. * Train staff on safety, health, and environmental topics. * Accompany critical operations, high-risk work, and field activities. * Follow up on action plans and audit observations. **Requirements:** * Graduate in **Industrial Engineering** (degree or bachelor's), or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in QHSE, SOMMA, or OSH (preferably in hydrocarbons, transportation, or similar industries). * Knowledge of Peruvian legal regulations on OSH and environment. * Basic OSH certification or diploma (desirable). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency and report writing skills. * Willingness to perform fieldwork. **We Offer:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Continuous QHSE and sector regulatory training. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Positive work environment and ongoing support. **Work Location:** Lima (with site visits as required). **How to Apply:** Submit your updated CV through this channel or to the number: **\[971421400]**, indicating in the subject line: *QHSE / SOMMA Supervisor*.
