Job Summary: Agroindustrial is seeking a Quality Assistant with experience in the food industry to perform and monitor quality controls, supervise hygienic-sanitary conditions, and digitize records. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform quality controls on raw materials and products 2. Monitor process controls and Critical Control Points (CCPs) 3. Supervise hygienic-sanitary conditions and compliance with GMPs **Job Description:** **Agroindustrial requires a QUALITY ASSISTANT** with experience in the food industry. **with the following profile:** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform quality controls on raw materials, inputs, in-process products, and finished products * Monitor process controls and Critical Control Points (CCPs). * Supervise plant hygienic\-sanitary conditions and compliance with GMPs. * Verify compliance with finished product specifications (labeling, temperature, batch number, etc.). * Digitize and maintain up-to-date process control records to ensure traceability. * Provide support for other Quality Department activities assigned by management. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree or technical qualification in Food Industry Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology (or related fields) * Availability to work in Pachacamac (Manchay) \- * OBSERVATIONS: (Preferably reside in ATE, VILLA MARIA DEL TRIUNFO, VILLA EL SALVADOR, LURIN, PACHACAMAC, or LA MOLINA) * Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. * Effective communication skills. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Power BI (desirable).
