Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to support the development of action plans, participate in the continuous improvement of the IMS, and supervise regulatory compliance. At EMARAN S.A.C., we are currently looking for a Quality Assistant for our plant located at Parque Industrial Río Seco, Cerro Colorado. Requirements: Technical diploma or degree in fields such as: Quality Control and Processes in the Food Industry Industrial Food Processing Food Industry Engineering Preferably residing in areas near Cerro Colorado Knowledge: GMP, HACCP principles, SSOP, and food safety Use of measurement equipment for quality control Peruvian sanitary regulations Main Responsibilities: Support the development and monitoring of departmental action plans. Participate in the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (quality, environment, and OHS). Supervise compliance with quality, food safety, and safety standards. Monitor and control the production process to ensure final product quality. Verify cleanliness of areas and facilities to prevent contamination. Perform sampling, analysis, and inspections of raw materials and finished products. Control storage conditions (temperature and humidity). Inspect and control potential pest infestation sites. Ensure safety, including the authority to halt high-risk activities.
