At least 1 year of experience supervising teams of 20 or more people. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Verify compliance with standards regarding correct documentation completion. Follow up with couriers to ensure closure of their waybills (submission of all documentation assigned to them). Advise couriers on proper documentation completion. Supervise accurate information collection and digitization of returned documents. Assign supervision of irregularities occurring during courier deliveries. Administer penalties assigned to couriers.
