Job Summary: Responsible for preparing coffee beverages and other menu items, operating café equipment, serving customers, and maintaining the workstation, ensuring ingredient quality and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: 1. Expert preparation of coffee beverages and specialties. 2. Customer service with consultation and recommendations. 3. Operation of café equipment and maintenance of quality standards. * Prepare coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, etc.) and other menu beverages following established recipes and standards. * Operate and perform basic maintenance on espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment. * Serve customers courteously, advising them on the menu and offering recommendations as needed. * Verify the quality, freshness, and proper storage of ingredients used in beverage preparation. * Keep the workstation clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift. * Monitor ingredient inventory and promptly report restocking needs. * Comply with company-established hygiene, food handling, and safety standards. * Assist in preparing light food items or café products when required. * Collaborate with the team to ensure agile, efficient service and an excellent customer experience. Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,300.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
